Lost access to all data.
Company was offering a free tier with backups. Server host removed free tier and lost access to all data, made no notice on their website, so data wasn't even able to be moved to a paid tier or downloaded. Lost everything. Still need a server, but I cannot trust the company with any data.

We are incredibly sorry for the data loss you experienced, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. This was absolutely not our intention. Unfortunately, due to a very severe life change, we were unable to transfer all of our free customers’ data to a place where it could be accessed and downloaded within the limited time frame we had. We fully understand that there is no excuse for this, and we deeply regret any frustration or difficulties this has caused. No one likes losing data, and we certainly never want to be the reason for such an unfortunate situation. Again, we are truly sorry, and we appreciate your understanding.
