They have had what I wanted and got it to me as fast as they could

I love Sue's Creative Cottage. I always have. Although, as of today (Oct. 7, 2020), I have not yet received my order. Our mail service is not all that great & can take a long time & quite often packages are delivered to the wrong address...and unfortunately, some people are not honest & choose to keep things that do not belong to them.

I had questions about the piece of fabric I was interested in purchasing. They were patient in explaining what I needed to know. The order came quickly and is beautiful fabric.

My experiences with Sue's Creative Cottage have always been excellent. All orders have been placed online and the process is easy and accommodating. The quality of the fabric is as described (very, very nice!) and I always find what I'm looking for. Staff are helpful and, it might sound ridiculous to say, but they make me feel important and sort of part of a quilting family.
