To have spent over $400 for two blogs was highway robbery. We are not renewing and wish I hadn’t spent the money... because due to several other issues my husbands blog is no longer is and we spent all that $$ for nothing. My husbands and my blog were hosted On same server so Sucurri said I should invest it for both. We didn’t have the cash but had to charge it. I’d love a refund but they don’t return calls, only through tickets. Did they fix the issue with my husbands blog yes but it took months and constantly filling out tickets... grr!

Been using for a while and have been very helpful, our site recently came under attack and it blocked the Russians access wonderfully. Thanks Sucuri!

Their support sucks. No response for 14 hours. It's hard to believe people in security business won't respond for that long. It's my day one with them and I am getting my refund.

I can not understand the bad reviews here. I have only the best experience with them. They removed a virus from our server and gave outstanding support. I dont know what I would have done without them. You need some kind of basic understanding of technical topics to communicate with them. But if you run a professional buisiness you should use their service to scan your server and keep it clean from any threat. I can only fully recommend them.
