In process of moving in and y'all came and shut off the gas from the previous owner while I was present, never inquiring. Called and took two more weeks to come back out for an 'inspection' and to turn it back on at the expense of 225.00. Sitting here today and waited for 3 hours after I was told you would be out. An hour and a half ago the man said he was already here, but wasn't. The man finally showed and acted as though his tardiness was no problem and asked how much gas the tank currently has. How am I to know. When I told him Suburban had come out to shut off and read the meter from the last owner, so he should have that information, he said, he didn't. My impression of this company is, no one really cares on the other end. Will be going with Huntsville Utilities for my future natural gas needs.

Great Service from Stephen Masih he has been our delivery driver for the season. Great mood, friendly and dedicated to doing an excellent job.

Rather freeze than deal with suburban. Kept charging for gas and delivery when not in use, price gouging. Rude and incompetent local service. Nv 89049

I have been using Suburban Propane in Marina for the last 5 years - FRANK has been my serviceman. He’s always so conscientious and on time - prices are good and when I need my tanks refilled it just takes a quick call and there never is a wait maybe a day or so ! It’s great! I would definitely recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have never experienced such an unprofessional company! They are a company that does not respect the elderly and takes advantage of them when they have to provide a service. My Dad (90) received his annual contract and was billed incorrectly on it (double billed). When I called them for a corrected contract they told me I was wrong. I know how to read and add, they were wrong - they never sent a revised contract. We stopped our service with them and asked them to come and pick up the disconnected tank. After 3 months, they still have not come. I guess the tank is ours since my Dad had to pay yearly to rent it! I have called, emailed and called and emailed again. I call and I'm told they don't have enough workers, hire some more!!!! Don't use them...they are so unethical and don't care about the consumer.

I have been a Suburban Propane customer for over 30 years. Suburban Propane and their employees have performed through extreme adversity to provide me with fuel essential to my well being. The Lord willing, I expect to be their customer for another 30 years.

They was suppose to pick up propane tank today and didnt show . And when i called them they said it would be another week to get back out to get it. If you are smart do not go with this company

Suburban Propane is gouging us all. I know our economy is in the shitter, thank you trump. The propane gas average in Florida is $2.67 but they charge $8.35 a gallon. Plus $15.22 delivery and another $12.92 for Safety/Training charge plus tax. It's disgusting. I got the lady to knock it down to $4.99 a gallon. Thanks for nothing after 30 years. It's a monopoly. They can charge whatever they want to. I tried calling Ferrellgas but that won't work. It would cost hundreds to have my tank removed and pay for them to put theirs in. I'm just trying to survive on social security.
