The Sublue Navbow scooter is one of the most fun toys I own. It appeals to every age group. My grandkids ages 7 to 19 love it at the pool. My folks age 88 are excited about it also. I am the star of the party when I bring it to the pool!

The only problem with this, is that every kid wants it. Had to buy a second one. Kids love it. will not put it down. Actually the adults love it too.

My husband bought 2 Sublue Navbow water scooters off Facebook marketplace. When he got them, he realized something was wrong with them and they wouldn’t stay on longer than a few seconds. Our kids were so disappointed and our night was almost ruined. Until my husband called Sublue and spoke to Eddie. He walked us through how to troubleshoot them and we identified the parts that needed to be replaced. Not only that but we were able to figure out how to bandaid the issue until we receive the parts. My kids were able to use them and ended up having a great night! It’s crazy to read other reviews and see that people received poor customer service with this company, because Eddie went out of his way to help us, even after his working hours. 5 stars from us!

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful story! We’re truly happy to hear that Eddie was able to help troubleshoot the Navbows and keep the fun going for your family. Knowing that your kids were still able to enjoy them and have a great night means a lot to us. We understand that every support case can be different, but our goal is always the same: to listen, help, and find the best possible solution for our customers whenever we can. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Eddie — your feedback is a great encouragement to our whole team. Thank you again for your trust, support, and 5-star review!
I can’t say enough about Sublue scooters and their custom service. My scooter reliability, prompt shipping and customer service is incredible.

I have never had the pleasure of meeting any support professional that is better than Eddie at Sublue in Walnut Ca. His expertise is astounding. His willingness to make his customer satisfied is infinite. I feel like I have a friend who loves Sublue products almost as much as me and can take the abuse I've put mine through and make it new again. I owned two, but after meeting Eddie in person, I bought two more. His nature engenders loyalty just like a best friend. I wanna explore the Sublue infinite with him and my hope is we meet up next someplace underwater and tropical like Kealakekua Bay on the Big Island. Let me know when you're going brudda. Aloha from Alaska to Eddie, the whole team at Sublue, and all of you who have found nirvana submersed.

Mahalo for such an amazing review. Your words truly made our day. We’re so glad you had such a memorable experience with Eddie—he cares deeply about our customers and takes real pride in bringing every Sublue scooter back to life whenever he can. Hearing that you felt not only supported, but welcomed like a friend, means the world to us. And the fact that you added two more scooters after meeting him in person is the highest compliment we could ask for. Thank you for sharing your Aloha from Alaska with Eddie and the whole Sublue team. We’re grateful to have customers like you in the Sublue family, and we hope your next adventure takes you somewhere warm, blue, and unforgettable. Until then, we’ll be here whenever you need us.
