Terrible customer service and experience
The product is just fine, the problem, and why I will probably never order again is the customer service. I sent email after email just trying to get information on my order. ( these were not back to back, I tried to wait several days inbetween as I am sure the company and its employees are busy, That does not excuse the fact that the email should have at a minimum, been acknowledged) More often than not, my emails went unanswered; when they did respond, they still didn't answer my questions. Most of the replies seemed to be AI-generated, I asked repeatedly If I could pay for expedited production and shipping; I never got an answer on that either, even though it is a service your site offers. When I ordered my jerseys, I provided clear instructions in the notes section on where the logos needed to be placed and in what order. When I received my proof, it was for another person entirely (zero apologies on that, just lost time.) Eventually, I got someone to answer my email; they were somewhat rude in their reply and still did not answer all of my questions. The most urgent question I had was when my order would ship. I ordered in the first week of August. I received my order on September 24th after I had to track down which post office it was in and go retrieve it myself, as my team was flying out on Saturday the 26th. There was one positive and friendly interaction during this process, but they should all have been positive. I have all of the emails saved if there are any questions about any of my claims.
