Hello there! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest feedback — we truly appreciate every voice from our community, as it helps us grow and improve. I'm genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with MasterStudy and our support team has been frustrating and disappointing. This isn't the standard we strive for, and I want to assure you that I will discuss this situation internally with Matthew and the rest of the support team to ensure that our communication always remains respectful and meets the high standards we set for our user support. I would like to provide some context regarding the 'patch-work solutions' you mentioned. Upon reviewing your ticket history, I see that our team, including Matthew, frequently assisted you with customizations—specific changes to the design or functionality that fall outside the scope of standard support. Typically, these requests require hiring a 3rd party developer, but our team provided these custom CSS snippets and solutions free of charge because we genuinely wanted to help you achieve your goals. However, it is important to understand a fundamental reality of web development. When a complex software product like Masterstudy receives a major update (introducing new features, design improvements, or bug fixes), the underlying code structure and CSS classes inevitably change. Consequently, custom code written for an older version may conflict with the new version. This is not a sign of a 'broken product,' but rather a standard maintenance requirement: custom modifications always need to be reviewed and updated after core software updates. We are proud of our team for consistently going the extra mile to assist with requests beyond our support policy. We are saddened to receive this rating after the dedicated effort we put into your project, but we stand by the quality of our product and our commitment to our users. Best regards,
