Quick help with tickets

This is my third month with StylemixThemes as I have been using their MasterStudy LMS plugin and quite fascinated by the features. Seeing the price value it is A LOT cheaper than other LMS option. The plan for 'Lifetime' subscription package was quite of a savior for me. Secondly, their ticket supporting system is also affective, user-friendly and above all they're quite responsive. One slight suggestion I'd like to give is that, it would be great if they can also provide the Users to mark the tickets are resolved. Overall 5/5

I bought Healthcoach template from Stylemix and it's fantastic. The technology with which it is made is cutting-edge. The template is full responsive and the support is real. They deserve 5stars, Thanks to the team.
