Overall great experience. Very good feedback and revisions were made perfectly.

On 7/14/22, I paid the $19 for one logo with 4 revisions. I was skeptical in the beginning and was relieved there was a phone number and I was able to talk to a real person. After they reassured me that if I wasn't 100% satisfied with the service, they would give me a refund. They also guaranteed I would have my 1st logo draft 48 hours after buying the service. 48 hours later, I hadn't heard anything so I called them. They've always had a great response time and are friendly over the phone, I'll give them that. I again described what I wanted and they said they would get something over to me for revision. A little later, they said a bunch of generic logos that didn't have my company name or the image I requested. I literally could have found the logos they sent on google. I asked them to send me some more but with my image and company name. They did but that was only the 1st revision, so I narrowed down my description and asked for more samples, since I wasn't happy with any of the ones they sent. They said they would send more but never did. I asked about it again a couple days later, still nothing! I got tired of waiting and finally thought maybe my 14-year-old tech savvy son can help me design a logo. He was able to design something for me on 3D paint. It looked amazing and I'm now using it as my new logo on my YouTube channel. I called Sturdy several times and told them my son had designed it for me because they were taking too long and just couldn't deliver. I asked for a refund and talked to 2 different associates who said they couldn't but would have a manager call me back. After not hearing anything back and 2 more failed attempts, I decided my time was more valuable than the $19 they owed me. But I did promise I'd write a bad review so here it is. I'm so glad I didn't buy one of the more expensive packages. I wouldn't recommend using Sturdy Logos. $19 is cheap for sure but also apparently too good to be true. Don't waste your time or money on this company.
