We're happy you're happy! Our shipping times are returning to normal so your next order will be much more speedy!
the product is fine, the ordering was fine. The communication was a bit lacking, the statement on the website said 7-10 before shipping, but it was a lot longer than that and when I asked about my order I was told it was longer due to covid, but it still didn't' ship for a few days after that, yeah communication was a bit lacking and we can't blame covid for that, sorry

Item not as described. Attempted to cancel second order before it shipped. Told after the fact that it had already after a lapse in conversation.

I had a great shopping experience. And would recommend looking for craft supplies at this retailer.

Thanks so much!
The photo didn't represent the fabric color accurately. Online it looked mostly like a medium to dark blue. In reality, it was mostly aqua. Still, the quality was good and I was able to use it.
