If I can rate this company a zero I would, everything about it is a scam and fraud down to its core. Been waiting a few days for a tow and it never came, should've read the reviews before I used the service but like regular people we get desperate and it was cheap so yeah 😆 🤣 they got me really good. Don't use them, just pay the money to a REAL tow person and go about your day. Jah bless everyone.

First it wasn't $50 it was $72. Second they never showed. Took my money and ran. All calls to "dispatch" said all dispatchers are busy try again later. I even tried the schedule new pickup same everyone is busy and hang up. Then there is their worthless AI Bot. Says there is no record of a job. Only solution offered was to Schedule again and Pay again, yeah right. Called Stripe lodged a fraud complaint. Doing a fraud chargeback complaint at bank tomorrow. Filing wire fraud charges against them with Nevada Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection office tomorrow. Don't let Grifters like this get away with this behaviour, Nail them to the Wall!

Total scam. Collects payment and ghosts you. No valid phone number or email to reach them at. In the process of disputing my transaction with credit card company and while many believe it's just a civil matter, my local police department is looking into the possibility of CRIMINAL CHARGES. This company is a scam and exists only to trick you into payment at a time where you are broken down on the side of the road.

False advertising. It’s not a $50 flat fee! Dispatch communications sucks, takes forever to talk to a human. Extremely long wait! Never again!

It's a scam. They never show up and then they only refund part of your money. My guess is that is their business model. The reviews must be fake.
