StructurelyReviews of structurely.com

There are two things that I have a problem with: 1. I had an appointment set with one of their sales department folks who never showed up for the appointment. 2. Their automated testing system, where you put in your name and a phone number, doesn't work. I've tried it twice and never got the call or the demo. These folks must not really want my business too awfully bad, based on the lack of interest in responding to me.

Liked the product but did not like they customer service at Structurely. Dont get me wrong, the folks are nice and proper but are very limited with time to resolve technical issues and do not have flexibility; therefore, I cancelled my account as a result of this issue. They system also needs several improvements with intergrations with CRMs.
