Used Strike for years. They have had great customer support. New features and security upgrades are regular occurrences, and Jack Mallers is a man of the people listening to customer concerns and wants and working hard to deliver.

Strike is simply THE BEST custodial Bitcoin exchange available. I would never go anywhere else. Tons of features and it gets better every year. If you want a non-custodial exchange try HodlHodl, BISQ, and Vexl.

Excellent experience! Super easy to deposit cash, convert to BTC, and then send to your self custody wallet or store at stacks in Strike. You can even automate the whole process!

A+ for the idea C- for the execution. No live customer support. The AI chat bots give inaccurate and wrong information. The auto buy bitcoin option linked to my bank account takes WEEKS to settle (this means your purchases bitcoin is frozen). Strike is a great idea with horrible execution. A real shame.

This is the only Bitcoin platform you need! It's super easy to set up direct deposits, take out loans against Bitcoin so I don't have to sell, and earn interest on cash sitting in the account. They made everything super easy to understand, and I wish all platforms were as transparent as this one. 10 out of 10, recommend.

Love using Strike as my trusted BTC provider. Jack and the team are always looking out for their customers and launching new products. Great features for DCA customers, direct deposit converted, loan option, BLOC and now interest on cash balance paid in ₿. Keep up the great work fam.
