Stress-Free Auto CareReviews of stressfree.com

I recently walked in on Friday morning and the guy was on the phone the whole time, not once did he say; I'll be with you in a moment, he never made eye contact, he remained on the phone, s far as i could hear, it was a personal conversation. I even sat in the waiting area, he could clearly see me. He never made eye contact, he never helped me. I walked out and looked in the garage area and they had no one being serviced. Bad Customer Service. Good looking place, but I left disappointed.

Stress Free Auto Care did nothing but cause stress. They attempted to charge me $4300 for a simple clutch and flywheel for a 2005 Honda Accord. I thought because they had good reviews, that they would take care of me. Boy, was I wrong. I would highly recommend getting a second opinion anywhere else before authorizing any work here. Their labor by hour is very high; nearly dealership level. I called three other shops in the area and got consistent quotes for $1300 less. They attempted to charge 12.5 hours for a 6-9 hour job.
