Coach is very calm, empathetic, patient and asks impactful questions.

The interface is easy to use, the chat feature makes it simple to connect with our coach, and scheduling is so efficient. My coach Jacqui has also been SO helpful to me and was able to support me in discovering the emotional and mental barriers I had around becoming a manager. I truly feel that I am able to see a major difference in my confidence, and I know that in this scary job hunting world, this service has made it all so much easier.

I’ve been working with Stephanie for three weeks now and her method stands out above the rest. She is knowledgeable and is apt at identifying common themes to apply exercises to identify underlying ones. I enjoy her presence. It is warm and understanding, enthusiastic and encouraging. I truly enjoy meeting with my coach. I was crying on our first meeting call where I told her about my worries and fears about the job market. She helped me to reevaluate my priorities, gave a confidence boost and she was able to set up long and short term goal for the next session. I have not done so much for my career in years! You can get a lot done in 50 minute session and this check-in with the coach is my highlight of the week. As for the platform, it is very simply to navigate. There are no extra pages - only necessary chat with your coach, scheduling button, assigned exercises and nothing distractive. Very clean look and super easy to use!
