I believe there is a coach here for everyone, but my advice is to try out with one coach to see if you two are aligned, and then choose a different one if needed. I like that the website provides the various skillsets each coach has.

Elizabeth is great at listening and reverberates the information back to me allowing me to see the changes I need to make.

My coach was exceptional, helped me stay accountable and asked questions that kept my momentum in my job search. She helped me build confidence in narrowing my focus on a certain industry and role as well as what type of goals I had for what my day to day would look and feel like. We worked on scripts for networking and even resources to build skills to round out my experience. Definitely recommend. Worth every bit of my time and commitment.

Working with a coach on figuring out where to go on my career has been well worth the investment of time and money. My coach asks me questions that help me gain clarity on what I want. She then helps me come up with action steps and keeps me accountable. I'm figuring out how to do what I love on my own terms, and I'm excited for the journey! Highly recommend getting matched for a coach on Strawberry.me!
