I’m so grateful I came across Strawberry.me and gave it a shot. They paired me up with a great coach and we have been making strides each appointment : )

My coach provides a great combination of big-picture strategy and specific tactics, and stays in touch regularly. Whether it's an exercise to work on, a podcast to listen to, or just a check in during the week, she is really making a difference and helping me to find direction at a time when I was beginning to feel rudderless.

Matching was quick, my coach is always on time and gives amazing coaching and planning advice

I like our conversations, she makes me reframe my thoughts, reflecting on the worse case to the best case and how l feel at that time. I now pause , breathe, and reflect on - before I move forward. What l think about the whole experience/session's is; l like them, but l should have them scheduled every other week, weekly is to often; for me. My only other issue is there’s to many emails. I am very satisfied with my progress.

This is an easy service to use and the coaches are incredibly organized. The resources they offer and the interface they use make it seamless. And the coaching itself is top tier. Within the first session I already saw a difference in how I approached work.

I was paired with an excellent coach and have learned a lot about myself throughout the process. It’s been a valuable experience.
