Strawberry.meReviews of strawberry.me

Starting with the first question, I was hooked. The approach was so startlingly refreshing. I love how they have a wholesome view of a person. The questions they asked were spot on, the coach that they paired me with is AMAZING!!.. probably my best investment yet.

I am a beginner in the space of Executive Coaching and Strawberry made it simple for me to get paired with a Coach and get started moving in the right direction.

My coach Abby is giving me a lot of support right now which is exactly what I need.

I am submitting this complaint because Strawberry.Me has charged my account twice for $280 over the past two months while I have been actively trying to contact the company to stop the recurring charges and obtain a refund. I have not attended a session in more than eight weeks, yet the company has continued billing me without my authorization. Strawberry.Me does not provide a customer service phone number, making it impossible to speak with a representative directly. When I email their billing support address, I receive only automated or bot-generated responses, with no meaningful assistance or resolution. In my experience, the company provides little to no accessible customer support, and its website lacks clear information about how customers can obtain help or resolve billing issues. I am requesting a full refund of the two unauthorized $280 charges and that all future billing on my account be canceled immediately.

Strawberry.me makes it incredibly easy to get started with coaching. I especially appreciate how simple it is to manage everything in one place—track my progress, complete assigned exercises, and reschedule sessions when needed. The platform feels seamless and intuitive, and I’ve really enjoyed working with my coach. If you’ve been curious about coaching, I’d definitely recommend giving Strawberry.me a try.

James at strawberry.me has had a meaningful impact on the way I approach challenging situations at work. He has helped me build habits of thoughtful reflection, grounding my assumptions, and exploring different perspectives. Those practices have given me greater clarity, helped me navigate complex situations with confidence, and allowed me to direct my energy where it has the greatest impact. What I appreciate most is that James doesn't simply provide answers—he asks thoughtful questions that help me develop my own insights. He also creates an environment that encourages reflection while offering practical frameworks I continue to apply beyond our sessions. James is incredibly resourceful, always recommending a relevant book, article, framework, or exercise that extends the learning between sessions. He has also helped me strengthen my storytelling and prepare for future opportunities. I highly recommend James to anyone looking to grow as a leader and navigate their career with greater clarity and confidence.

I have had a few coaching sessions and already feel and see the progress coming together. Thank you
