Do not go for their lies, when you call for information about the program they tell you that you will be qualified and ask for your social security immediately, do not fall for that. I kept on asking about the program and he insisted he could not move forward until I provided my ssn, I kept on asking about the program again and he asked for basic info and tried to pull a "soft inquiry" off of Experian, good thing my exp was locked. After exhausted about me not providing the info he decided to say "please hang up since this is not leading anywhere." This company works on lies. Check the BBB reviews first.

What made my experience great, was Kimberly my consultant. She was so easy to talk, explained what my options were and made it clear what was best for me. I didn't feel she was giving me a sale pitch but really cared about me making the best financial decision for myself. If I was to give her a grade, she would be off the chart for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! Thanks Kimberly!!!
