This site is easy to use. They are extremely available when needing help. I was trying to get schoolwork done around my busy work schedule, and they would respond by the next morning when I woke up to answer questions. The support was so impressive. Thank you Straighterline for everything and helping me work towards the job of my dreams.

Credits did not transfer and still being charged monthly after cancelling

The easiness of navigating the course and the help center.

Taking straighterline courses has been one of my best decisions. I love the fact I can study when I have time without any pressure. The few times I had to reach out someone was always able to help me.

To be honest the straighterline self paced study is very good, and it allowed me to knock the business statistics course. What I did not like was the lack of contradicting guidance in preparation for the final exam. The course material included a large number of excel based calculations and Data analysis tools, which as per the student advisor and the student platform was not permitted in the final exam. I spent over a week frantically learning to do these calculations on the calculator only to learn my proctor allow the excel on the final exam. While I understand this is a self paced study platform, the guidance needs improvement.
