I loved the COM101 course. It was simple but meaningful. Great assignments that really made me think.

Doing some classes for my BSN and the classes are self pace and affordable.

Class was moved to their legacy platform without warning. Had problems taking the final. Many hyperlinks in the class material no longer worked or were outdated. Proctoring service had issues getting the final operational. Many calls back and forth with Straighterline to get sorted. It was a very painful process.

Mt ticket not resolved and when i call customer service represtative they cut the call in the middle.

Improve the proctor exam. Open book. But could not use the e-book.

I like their courses overall so far, only downsides is that the website can be a little tricky and sometimes it’s confusing what to do next on some courses

The class was straightforward and convenient

Still working through the courses but the speed time between pages is incredibly slow. I spend more time waiting than learning!
