It is flexible

What I got from this is it's expensive so I would suggest not taking your time on this. The course I took was all based off the textbook. No lessons, no assignments to practice with. 4 quizzes and 1 proctored final exam. Worked out for me to fulfill a last minute prerequisite. I don't think I would take other classes again as I would have to pay for the class and the membership depending on when you finish.

I loved how I can go at my own pace. Also the resources provided are very helpful.

Overall experience was great. The response time for IT support needs improvement.

I leverage leveraged claims of discrimination and non-adherence to guidelines several times, with proof, and was severely gaslighted. After I escalated this situation with a BBB complaint, StraighterLine took 2 1/2 months to issue a response that ignored 90% of my complaint. It used my great performance in the course as an excuse to not properly address what I had to go through. It has been an extremely draining process and has taken so much self-advocacy that I will not use nor recommend this platform again.

Resources were so old they didn't even work when you clicked on a link (or certificates were expired). Questions were on the test that weren't even questions, just random statements. And the very worst part... the ProctorU experience.
