Took too long to send my badge for credly

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with your company. The course contained WAY too much content for the final exam to be closed-book, closed-note. Additionally, when I was taking the final, there was a 10-15 second wait for EVERY QUESTION to load once I’d submitted the answer to the previous one. Given that there were 60 questions, that equations to a waste of 10-15 minutes. The exam is timed at two hours, so that represents a huge chunk of time taken away from me. I did not finish the exam.

The UI is not great. Every page took a lot of time to reload. It was easier if every class was on one page instead of multiple pages

Customer service is very poor and I have been calling StraighterLine customer service over 1 week now no response because I have some concerns to discuss with my advisor please

My class assignments deleted and I got charged extra for subscription and took forever for my transcripts.
