Customer service was very prompt when answering questions about my order. The only concern is that my order came in different times. I am still waiting for the rest of my order to complete my purchase. Although the items were ordered as a display fixtures I still have to wait for important pieces to finish display what would be helpful is a email detailing what was sent and what still is on back order. Anxiety of not knowing could of been eliminated.

Everything I received was either broken or used. Had to repair every piece of acrylic. The earring display I received had already been glued together and then taken apart before sending it to me. Also the L loops of acrylic that the earrings hang from had to be repaired. The acrylic display cabinets had handles broken off. Not the best of experiences.

Ordered 2 sizes kraft bags. Received the small on August 5th, never received the 2 cases of medium kraft. I DID receive 2 cases of the wrong size. I called August 12th they are resending my 2 cases of medium kraft bags

Order came in several different shipments, on several different days. NOT 1 of the boxes had a shipping order in it. I have not received all of my order. I am still waiting for 1 item.

The customer service was excellent but two items arrived damaged. The exterior shipping packages were intact but inside the boxes the two plastic items were damaged and unusable. I would like to request a refund for these items.

I haven’t received the products as of today.

Because of poor packaging, hardware to attach was missing. We had to purchase additional screws and nuts to assemble. I guess we could have requested them from Store Supply Warehouse but we did not want and should not have to wait for an additional delivery

Product and process were perfect, i wasn't sure if i did the mistake or at the moment of the purchase the address for shipping was inverted, i call customer service and the person said that she will take care and the packege was sent to the billing ad
