Fast and responsive service!

Great customer service. Part of my order was delayed by FedEx and left in a pending status, which means they'll get to it at some point. I called customer service and the rep offered to return the one sent and issued me a replacement. I received my order the next day!

I ordered a few bibs and onesies of different types, just to see the response time and quality. Great on both counts! The only problem was one of the onesie stk#s was missing, so I communicated, offered to return the item, and they made it right within 7 days! Love a prompt response. I will use them again.

Simply needed the hooked rod to reach my upper racks in my home closet. Works great, thanks.
