Shipping rate is pricey
They had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price, so I was happy about that. But oh boy, do they make up for it with the shipping costs! I understand they're a small business, and I don't mind paying a little extra to support them. But come on, shipping an item that weighs just a few ounces and is less than 3 inches shouldn't cost the same as shipping a 5 pound item that's over a foot squared. I'm fine with paying a little more for shipping, but this is quite a bit more than a little.
