Dear Jordan, Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback and make us aware of the deficiency in our customer support. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a response and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. The delayed response falls short of the standard of service that we aim to uphold, and we want to assure you that we have taken steps to prevent this from happening again. Our customer support team has undergone additional training and stricter supervision to ensure we provide timely and effective assistance to our customers. Once again, we apologize for any negative experience this has caused. We hope for the opportunity to regain your trust and provide you with satisfactory service.
