Went to the Stop-Over Store, like I had been going for the last 20 years. A mix up in the order caused a delay. I called the store and it was rectified immediately. Worked with Jeff who was friendly and helpful. The prices at the Stop - Over Store were also far better than some of their competitors. When asking for advice, Jeff pointed me towards something that was more appropriate for my needs, resulting in a smaller sale for their company. This built trust, and I will continue shopping here.

I ordered a Luggage Works bag plus a customized name tag. The customized name tag usually delays an order by two weeks. They luckily sent the bag to me first with a note explaining that the name tag would be delayed. I was very happy about this as some stores would wait until the entire order is ready to ship.
