Fair priced for a quick fix. I needed a crew bag an looked on the company website for a specific item. It was more expensive on the luggage companies website than it was on the stopover store. Also nice to know that there are stores around the US to pick up replacement parts and have service done if needed.

I got some toy planes at a store at the airport. I decided to get more as gifts for Christmas. What I ordered what a kids toy plane that lights up and makes a jet noise. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was I got the toy fast but it did not work. I was a bit irratated that they didn't even test it. When I called the man I spoke with was saying the button might have gotten pushed in shipping and battery died but I got it 2 days later. Really? But he was very accommodating and sent me a new one right away. I got it in 3 days and was able to ship out for Christmas. Very easy and painless process. Would use again.

The bag arrived in great condition. The only problem is that, I thought, I had ordered it with the letters SEG to be stitched on. Maybe I messed up the order

They were very quick to ship everything, they just didn't email a shipment notification or tracking number, so I was left in the dark for when to expect it, until everything showed up in the mail. Would be nice to get an email from them for the shipping, but other than that, they're a great vendor!!
