I order a new ID holder and a neck clip and recieved it in a timely manner but it wasnt quite what I ordered. I ordered a clear verticle ID holder and got a Horizontal holder instead. Called and was told one would be sent out. Still waiting.

Nice bag, but it didn't look like the one in the picture. It was missing a side pocket and there was no option on that particular product's page to add or delete the side pocket. Other than that, it's really good so far.

I replaced the wheels on my travel pro platinum3 carry on. Replacing them was a snap after watching a brief u tube video. I really like the quality of the wheels. I oiled them before installing them and that made them even better.
