Horrible product. Tires one year later still stick to the garage floor. Worst purchase ever!

I place an order for a sample of their concrete sealer and paid the $11.99 for shipping. I received a receipt from PayPal. Their website shows 4 day shipping to my state. When the delivery didn't come, I started to call to find the staus. I called several of their numbers on their website. I called for three days and never did anyone answer. I also left my name and number and their message says someone will "get right back to you". Never happened. One week later I had not received the product, no correspondence from the company, and no tracking information. I filed a claim with PayPal and within one hour I had a response and a refund, stating they were waiting on a delivery of sample bottles. Amazing. Notification sent to me would have been nice. They have no idea how this has hindered my project.
