I had a problem with my order and they were extremely helpful sorting it out.

Customer service has been wonderful the product is disappointing I have now three different shades of gray and three different finishes and even two different mugs sizes and every time I get a shipment there’s a few of them broken

the dinner set of dishes are beautiful It will be a great honor to serve dinner to my family on them. I have never seen a more beautiful set of dishes anywhere, and i have been shopping for a nice set of dinner plates for a long time

I got what I expected. I really liked the design and color of the dishes. Although a broken cup arrived, they replaced it very soon and without problems.They have very good customer service. The dishes are stoneware; therefore the pieces are not light, but for me it does not matter.

Poor quality product arrived broken & lost two in dishwasher.🙁☹️
