My new dish sets arrived in perfect condition. I now have dinner plates, side plates, bowls, and saucer bowls that all match as opposed to the hodge-podge mess of hand-me-downs I've been using for a long time. The set is pretty, and it looks really nice to open the cupboard and see all my nice matching plates and bowls. The green is less vibrant than it appears in online photos, but I read several reviews ahead of time which mentioned the color discrepancy, so I was prepared for it. I can't speak to their durability, but they do well in the microwave and dishwasher, which hasn't been the case for some dishes and bowls I've purchased in the past. My only criticism is that you have to buy them in sets, so if we break a couple items, it will mean buying 16 things to replace them because there are four each of four different items in each set. I bought two because four large plates aren't suitable for every day use even in a small family. I think being able to purchase five of each item in an order would be better than four because having ten of everything would make me less nervous about some items getting broken, which is a guarantee in our household. But being able to replace broken items individually would be the one thing I would most like to see change.

When Fedex delivered there was a couple of my items damaged. Stone + Lain helped replace the items promptly
