Stone Bridge PublishersReviews of stonebridgepublishers.com

I approached Stone Bridge Publishers the first week of January 2026. They discussed with me the publishing process, that they would assess my work before publishing and assured me that if they felt that my writing was not what they thought was publishable, they would return my money and manuscript. I asked this as my own confidence as a writer was not high, and years of procrastination had resulted in me almost 'shelving' my project. Now that I had taken the bull by the horns, I sent off the manuscript the next day (before I chickened out). From day one Stone Bridge Publishers remained in weekly contact, we also spoke on the phone a couple of times and all editing was sent to me at each step of the way for my approval. We worked together, forming quite the formidable team. If there was anything that I was unsure of, Stone Bridge Publishers listened. They were very helpful and very efficient. At the beginning I was told that if they chose to accept my work, that the time from start to finish could be three to six months. They adhered to that time scale perfectly. I liaised mainly with Antonio who was ever so helpful and reassured me when I had times of my own self doubt. The editorial team sent me notes of encouragement and once finished a lovely message wishing me well for the future and with any future writing projects was sent to me. I found this company to be friendly, patient, helpful and efficient. Stone Bridge do have a marketing package that you can purchase, however as I am on a budget I kindly refused this package and in no way did I feel pressured or ignored for refusing it. The work was the same, the enthusiasm for getting my book 'out there' was the same and the good wishes were genuine. I am aware that not everyone feels this way, however, I can only speak about my own experience. I would not hesitate to work with Stone Bridge and their team of editors and advisers again in the future. Thank you all for helping me reach my goal.

I contacted Stone Bridge Publishers through their website chat regarding a children’s book enquiry, which then moved to email correspondence with a representative named Justin. The communication quickly became very sales-driven, and it was clear my enquiry hadn’t been properly read (the basic concept was not understood and even my name was repeatedly spelled incorrectly). After I stopped responding to the sales emails, I received an aggressive message accusing me of “ghosting” them and stating they had turned down other work because of me. Considering I had never agreed to any services, the tone was extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. Based on this experience, I would advise other authors considering their services to be cautious. I would recommend paying close attention to how communication is handled early in the process. Professional publishing partnerships should be respectful, attentive to detail, and aligned with the author’s vision.

I used to be in the line of work where i conducted investigations regarding consumer issues. And I am rusty, but I am almost certain this company is only interested in getting your credit info. I spend some time looking into them before reaching out. We exchanged some emails, but the emails seemed so pushy, sort of, but it's sales, you know, it can be that way. I decided to reach out. Upon my telephone conversation, the line crackly, was not saying their office name, and it was a hard-to-understand foreigner (no racism intended). Aslo i am very familar with Oak Park office they claim to work out of. The employee was very uncorporative and it was like pulling teeth to get more info which i really did not get beyond what's on their website. If you work in the office you should know alot about it. Also, I think the bank is still there on the first floor and other business do not operate within the bank's area so that was fishy. Second, he told me the rate he quoted was a now-or-never, very pressuring and rude. I was not prepared to pay him today, then he said he would take a portion of it to get started then became a VERY SCAMMY TELEMARKETER I just want your money vibe after that. I used to tell consumers whenever you are unsure dont give your money or credit card info make a report with the Illinois States Attorney office and they will check them out and issue a consumer warning if its suspect. So I am going to do that and leave it up to them because I am certain, but I would rather they handle it than to come on here and make claims without proffessional investigation.

I am currently realizing my book project „The Internet Contact“ with StoneBridge Publishers. It is a very good working experience together with Ethan Cole and the editorial team. They are all acting in a very professional way. I contacted StoneBridge Publishers through their website and they offered a very reasonable price. They are far away from being fraud or being scam. Thanks go also to Samuel Dias for his support.

The communication is very good and they are always positive and happy to help. They seem very organised and committed to helping your vision.

I am not sure what to say. The actual amount these guys quoted me was out right thievery @ 5,000 dollars. All I can say to any unsuspecting authors, is run people run far and wide and find a respectful reputable publisher. This was our conversation, and I copied their chat, so people seeing this will know. Hi there 😊 How are you doing today? Samuel Dias Are you looking to get your book published on Amazon & other major platforms? morning what is the cost to do audio books or maybe demand to print on Amazon average pages are 145 Well maybe. I have 4 already. Noted Samuel Dias We have customized plans I see. Samuel Dias May I have your name so I can address you well? its Scott Hi Scott Samuel Dias Nice to E-meet you :) morning Can you tell me a bit about your book please? Samuel Dias Is it already published? I have many actually. Different genres 4 are 26 not yet Great Samuel Dias Let me quickly connect you to our Senior Book Publishing Consultant, who would be able to guide you properly with the process and pricing As well :) I know the process just need your prices send me cost sheet and I'll look and see. Before I share the exact pricing that fits you best, I just want to make sure nothing gets missed in case the chat disconnects. Samuel Dias What’s the best email and phone number to reach you on? nah send it or I leave I dint play games. if I needed you to know me, id share lol. Based on what you shared, a rough estimate for handling your full project professionally would fall in the $4,000–$5,000 range Samuel Dias If that range works for you, I can break it down cleanly so you can see exactly where the investment goes. If it doesn’t, no hard feelings at all. Oh my god, you're a scammer for real.5,000 you're an ignorant person for real. Scott, take a breath. No one scammed you; no one pressured you, and no one hid anything. You asked for pricing, I gave you a straight estimate based on the scope you described. If that number doesn’t align with what you’re looking for, that’s perfectly fine. Different authors choose different paths and budgets. There’s no obligation here, and there’s no hard feelings on my end. Scott, that kind of language isn’t acceptable. Samuel Dias If $5,000 sounds shocking, it simply means you’re comparing professional, end-to-end publishing support with DIY shortcuts or incomplete services. That’s your choice, and you’re free to take it. Oh, you did huh? you are straight out cheating these would be authors taking advantage of them charging those kinds of fees. See you in the section where reviews go. Other authors need to stay clear of your absurd pricing, such bull. Scott, you’re entitled to your opinion, but accusing professionals of “cheating” simply because pricing doesn’t fit your budget is inaccurate and unfair. Samuel Dias We’re fully transparent about what we offer and what it costs. Many authors choose us because they understand the value of experienced teams, proper production, and avoiding costly mistakes. Others prefer to do everything themselves. Both paths exist. show me how many authors paid you 5,000 to publish if so, you straight out scammed them you tried me to didn't you lol. We do not disclose client payment details and asking for that is inappropriate. Scott, we have clients who have paid both more and less than this, depending on the scope of work required. Every project is unique. Samuel Dias With the limited information you’ve given us, it’s impossible to provide an accurate solution or quote. The way you’re speaking right now, accusing us without professionalism, doesn’t help either. If you want a proper discussion about publishing your books, it needs to be done respectfully and with the right details. so, you just throw out random fees/ unacceptable. Your best keeping quiet, you have really made your company look bad here, your choice. Oh no. So, you're just wasting my time by being a true douche bag than? Oh by the way my name is not Scott.

Was nice working with Stone Bridge Publishers. Their industry knowledge was what made me hire them. They publish my book on Amazon and other platforms like Barnes and Nobel.

Excellent service and people throughout the publishing journey. I had my doubts working with the team remotely from the U.K. but the communication software made it so easy. Well done to Solomon ,Conard and the team.
