Vraiment médiocre comme entreprise, j’ai acheté un MacBook fin novembre déconditionne a neuf, sauf qu’a La réception il y avait plein de trace et de salissures partout dessus. Mais si ce n’était que ça, la batterie était déjà morte ( ce qui prouve la qualité ) j’ai dû le renvoyer, ça a pris 2 mois et quand je l’ai récupéré leurs collègue avait changé mon chargeur qui fonctionnait bien avec un autre qui ne fonctionne pas, et selon eux c’est de ma faute parce que leurs adaptateur est un cadeau.. Bref vraiment pas aimable et je déconseille fortement

My experience wasn’t the best. I didn’t know it could take up to three days to process my order. I paid for express shipping ($77) then had to pay an additional ($163) confirming timely arrival. Additionally the customer service rep was unprofessional and could not assist with resolving my issue. After 20 mins I was finally transferred to someone in shipping. Not a good experience for a fist time customer.

These guys are brilliant. Helped us to fix a very complicated issue on a smart home controller.
