I emailed stethoscope.com as well as called and left a message for my phone call to be returned with all my contact information and no one got back to me via phone or email nothing so I wasn't able to have my issue fixed. Bad experience.

Well you cannot go wrong with a littman stethoscope! The only improvement I would suggest is to send an email verifying delivery ... I had to call to find out about my package!! Customer service was expedient and helpful.
