The day I received my stethoscope (4 days ago), I called stethoscope.com's customer service line to see if it was possible to get smaller eartips. The only option I had was to leave a message. I have yet to receive a call back. I like my stethoscope pretty well, but it hurts my ears, and I can't get someone to return my call.

I ordered this with engraving on a Friday. It was shipped the same day and arrived on Monday! I've worked with physicians who have had this stethoscope, and had always wanted it. I love it! The clarity of sound is amazing!!
