Ordered product a week and still haven't received it

Ordered two new stethoscopes, one master cardiology and one cardiology III in black and gray respectively and received them in a very timely fashion . I didn't use overnight shipping. My old stethoscope had just broken earlier in the week and I had two new ones before weeks end. So far they are both working well as expected. Thanks.

I ordered engraved statoscope got it very fast. By mistake I ordered adult in stead of pediatric stethoscope .My issue was solved without any problems. The person that got the engraved stethoscope as a gift was taking snapshot and sending to her family and friends she was very ,very happy .Getting on time was very important since this person is leaving USA.

It arrived so fast and I love it. The price was good too.

I received my product quickly. But I think the stethoscope was defective. Even though it was personalized, they took the return without any issues. My only complaint is when I called them, I had to leave a message and they took 2 days to call me back.
