EXCELLENT SERVICE, PRODUCT and ON TIME DELIVERY

This was my first time visiting this sight. I work in the Purchasing department of our blood center. We needed a new digital stethoscope for our training department to replace our old one. Our stethoscope that was in need of replacement is no longer manufactured and we needed a replacement fast. The customer service representative as able to help us with selecting an alternative stethoscope and with expediting the shipment. Our order arrived the next business day (which was the day after a holiday)and we had the stethoscope we needed will having to delay any new phlebotomist training.

Ordered an engraved item on Friday morning and it was received by Tuesday. The checkout process was quick and easy and fast service for a holiday weekend.

This was for a gift and the service and quality are great. The color of the stethoscope was off, which is always to be expected, but I was hoping it would be true to the sample- oh well! Everything else was great!
