I misspelled the name to be engraved on the stethoscope and contacted the customer service number a few hours later to try and correct it before they engraved it. They were on the ball and very helpful. Thanks.

This was purchased for my daughter. I had an issue ordering, and accidentally ordered two of the same item. The team at stethoscope.com recognized the error, and called. They had taken the initiative to cancel the order, and just wanted to confirm that with me. So nice to have somebody watching out for us. Wayne
