Good product delivered promptly

Swift delivery, order was perfect.

Ordered a stethoscope + stethoscope case while it was in stock. Opened my package to see that the case was missing, and with "back order" written on the receipt paper. insane.

My Grandmother, an RN, gave me the Stethoscope for my graduation for paramedic school. That was a perfect gift.

I have had my stethoscope for 20 years. Recently the diaphragm came off, the ring had broke holding it in place. I ordered a replacement and it came within days. Very happy with this product. It was easy to replace and I am up and going again.
