I ordered an item and and added some customization. There was apparently a glitch, then the order receipt made it unclear whether the customization would be applied. I wrote them. To my surprise, they quickly responded on a weekend when they weren’t even open and immediately took care of the problem, even making the customization free. That was far more than I expected. When I got the item, I loved it. I can’t give enough praise to how swiftly and professionally they handled this issue! I would definitely do business with them again, and have no reservations recommending them.
