Same day processing of engraving and shipped quickly. Received in just a couple days from time of order placement during busy holiday time. Engraving looks perfect. Not to subtle, but not so bold either. Just right !

I initally ordered the wrong parts for a stethoscope, and contacted the company right away. They canceled the wrong order and processed the right items very quickly. So, I didn't have to deal with returning the wrong item and having the delay on receiving the right item. And, the order arrived in just a few days. Really appreciate the superior customer service!

Placed online order without any problem, very easy. Received order and everything was correct. Order was shipped in a very timely manner. There was a few days delay in receiving order but that was due to USPS. This was a gift for my niece and she loved it. She was very excited and loved the quality of the stethoscope. Highly recommended.

The stethoscope came very quickly and looks great! Just watch out for the price tag in the box, mine was going to be a gift and it would of stayed in there if I didn’t open it.
