Overall excellent and superb customer service experience!!!! I love the expertise the agent had when handling my slight dilemma.

Easy to follow onboarding process. The site timed out a couple of times and gave an "offline error." Just log out of your browser completely and give it a couple of minutes. I used IE and Chrome with the latter resulting in better navigation experience.

The first person I spoke with was polite but the connection was poor and the accent heavy. The person had some difficulty understanding me and did not understand the difference between my first and last name. I was transferred but it took too long. The next person had the expected communication skills and solved my problems. It took to long to solve a simple issue.
