This was great background experience. Many times candidates are left in the dark and less than ideal support. Sterling made the entire system pain free with helpful customer support that was easy and timely to improve the onboarding experience!

Not impressed by application process and time it has taken to process. I was lured in by their advert of easy application process. Very lousy and time consuming application process. I thought the Highstreet ones are time consuming and difficult to open an account. Not at all, I rather found out they are much more slicker than Sterling. I won’t be moving away from them any time soon then.

Going through a background screening could be a nerve racking experience, but Sterling made the entire process very easy to complete. Kudos to the entire staff, especially the rep that that helped quickly resolve one minor problem. Thank you all.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received after I was unable to get into one of the facilities to take my drug test everything was fast and quick even my background check was quick. I had to call customer service and they were able to help me in less than 5 minutes on the phone they found a location closest to me with the quickest response thank you Sterling.
