I had very little direct contact with Sterling and what I did experience was professional.

Took 8 months from start to finish for my background check. Appalling company with staff incapable of taking ownership.

An absolutely useless and long winded process with people who are irresponsible and unprofessional. All the information was provided for their checks - they constantly every day said "we need this information" - everything was sent yet they constantly kept asking ridiculous questions which were of no relevance to the screening process. Even when additional documents were sent across - 4 days later they asked for the same thing again! Call centre staff in India who couldn't process the information given over the phone and half the time had no clue on how to resolve the queries. Any company looking at this - avoid this company like the plague.

Background check was straight forward and done in a timely manner.
