As always, customer service and attention was excellent! My most recent experience was with Ian. He was attentive, knew exactly what to do and handled my questions promptly and efficiently.

Customer service is 5 starts, Outstanding support on their part. I had to contact them twice because I had questions and they were prompt to resolve them. It has been a very pleasant experience.

Honestly, I’ve had several background checks done for employment!! It has never taken this long!! My date has changed twice!! I very concerned about missing out on this opportunity !! I would advise any company using them to stop!! They need 0 stars!! Unbelievable
