ordered parts for a 1952 super a Farmall parts arrived quickly but their from Tiawan and they are nothing but Junk none of the would even fit sending them back for a refund

Shipping time is fast. Returns are very time consuming and complicated. Called for a return authorization number,which is required on form , plus two other numbers( customer # and packing slip#) and I am still waiting on a call for my return authorization number.Time is money would not use Steiner again.

BUYER BEWARE! 20% Restocking Fee...I ordered what I found out to be the wrong part. Contacted them to return the part to be told it was my error...which I accept...and was expecting to pay shipping back but then she added there is a 20% RESTOCKING FEE!
