Absolutely awful service, took over a week for the watch to arrive and when it did it was not new but an ex display one. Item was scratched and the service sub standard after spending over £1500 on a tag heuer watch

Approaching 80 years of age - getting engaged was a challenging affair searching & procuring an engagement ring with an emphasis on a high quality Brazilian Emerald ring. Fast forward SERENA was amazing with her patience in assisting me in this task Finally choosing from such a wide range of rings - My fiance’s eyes emanated tears of joy in my final choice for her beautiful Diamond & Emerald engagement ring with a ‘YES’ after 25 blessed years

Amazing service!! I bought a bracelet online which happened to be out of stock but the jewellers got in touch with me and helped me chose a different bracelet and rushed the delivery to next day for me as it was a birthday present and for the inconvenience they sent me some free earrings. Couldn’t recommend them enough, amazing!!
