Their SEO writer is amazing for small business owners who are looking for a cheap alternative blog writing tool that can write blogs for them while also being SEO optimized. As someone who can't spend much money on SEO, the tool saves me time, money, and resources. The customer support is also great!

Excellent customer service! Josh Esteba handled my request quickly and was very responsive, which is lacking in today's customer service. He was a top-notch representative to work with! Much appreciated!

Highly recommended! Very useful tool for college, and when there was a problem with my membership cancelation where I was charged for three months and was still showing as if I hadn’t cancelled it, they refunded me all the money right away!

We appreciate the feedback you have given us. We totally get it; it can be very, very annoying when crucial information is taken out, especially when it comes to academic writing. We are always trying out new models so that we can enhance our system, and we continuously look to your kind of feedback to lead us out of the dark. Because of your kind of feedback, we've actually turned back on the old system. Additionally, we are putting together a focus group made up of current users like you; we think that way we might be able to catch some of these issues beforehand. User input is incredibly valuable and right now, we appreciate you most of all.
Quick responses to quick I had made customer service experience feel like I can trust the service if an issue ever comes up later! Thank you to the customer service team!
